Stanley Vickers, Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of New York, has been active in asset management in New York City since 1972. Stanley has acted as a court appointed Receiver or Agent for the Receiver on numerous foreclosures in both Federal and State courts. He has also handled the disposal of assets held by many institutions. Over the last forty years, Stanley has been involved in the sale or syndication of well over 100 properties in the City of New York.
He served as CEO of Vickers Management Corporation from 1979 to 2002. Then, together with his wife Diane, and sons Adam and Michael, founded Vickers Realty Ltd. As President, Stanley oversees all aspects of Vickers Realty Ltd. including management and leasing of commercial and residential properties.
Stanley is a graduate of New York Institute of Technology earning a degree in Business Administration. He is involved with several professional real estate organizations and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Harlem Junior Tennis & Education Program.
Adam M. Vickers, Esq., joined Vickers Management Corporation in 2001, and helped found Vickers Realty, Ltd. in 2002. Prior to this, Adam worked at the law firm of Goldberg Weprin & Ustin LLP, where he gained experience in all aspects of Commercial and Residential transactions working with Purchasers, Sellers, Lending Institutions, and Title Companies.His responsibilities at Vickers Realty, Ltd. include day-to-day operations of all properties managed by Vickers Realty, Ltd. as well as the daily operations of the main office. Adam oversees the accounts receivable and collections department, and represents the ownership entities in Landlord-Tenant court. Adam is also involved in the selection and acquisitions of new investments.
Adam is a member of the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association. He is also a Licensed Real Estate Broker in New York State and a Notary Public for New York County. Adam graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Arizona in 1996 and a Juris Doctorate from Quinnipiac College School of Law in 2000.
Michael Vickers, Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of New York, began working at Vickers Management Corporation in 1998, and in 2002 helped to found Vickers Realty, Ltd. After more than a decade of experience in property management, Michael’s main focus is now on brokerage and renovations within our portfolio. Michael personally handles the renting of all vacancies, as well as supervises all apartment and building renovations. This takes him all over Manhattan on a daily basis, where he is our eyes and ears in the field.Michael is involved in several charities, most notably UJA Federation of New York, where he has chaired numerous events, as well as traveled on international missions to Morocco, Russia and Cuba.
Michael attended the University of Arizona as a Psychology major for three years before transferring to New York University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate.
Diane Vickers is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and a Notary Public in the State of New York. Diane joined the company in 1995 and has been committed to the growth, development and integrity of the family business. She has served as the office administrator, has headed the human resources division, and helped to direct the financial aspects of the company. Presently, she is serving as a Consultant utilizing her experience and many years of active involvement.Diane is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Nursing and Fordham University School of Social Work. She is a Licensed Master Social Worker.
Beth implements a diverse and broad range of management and administrative duties for Vickers Realty, Ltd. She oversees repairs and tenant issues by communicating with contractors, superintendents, vendors, real estate professionals and our property managers on a daily basis. She is responsible for residential lease renewals, commercial tenants’ insurance and billing, compliance resolution and verifying that our company is current with municipal and state codes and laws.Beth joined Vickers Realty Ltd. in 2000. Her professional background includes several years at the IBM Corporation as well as teaching children with special needs. Beth received her undergraduate degree from Boston University and has a Master’s degree from Lesley College.
Linda Moreno, who holds a masters in accounting, and is a CPA, is Comptroller and in charge of Accounts Payables. She oversees all financial matters pertaining to each building, and the office. Linda uses her background as an accountant to keep a vigilant eye of all the finances of Vickers Realty, Ltd.
